Budget Consultation Webchat

The consultation about Birmingham City Council's budget for 2014-15 draws to a close on Friday 10 January.

And cabinet members will be online tomorrow evening (7 January) from 7.15-9.15pm to answer your budget consultation questions in a special webcast.

Plans for the future of the city council are outlined in a White Paper ‘Planning Birmingham’s Future and Budget Consultation 2014-15’.

Leader of the Council, Sir Albert Bore, and his cabinet colleagues attended a series of public meetings last month, answering questions and listening to views on the 75 budget proposals.

Now anyone unable to attend the meetings can put your questions to Cabinet in the two-hour Budget Consultation webcast.

Please send your questions to press.office@birmingham.gov.uk and we will answer as many as possible in the two-hour timeslot.
